Direct Bank Deposit

You can pay for your order directly into the Hazy Bay Bazaar bank account via Direct Deposit (also called Electronic Funds Transfer EFT).

This can be processed at your local bank or if you have Internet Banking you can conduct this transfer from your own home.

If you decide to pay via Direct Bank Deposit please remember to provide your first name and surname as the order reference.

Please note that orders paid by Direct Debit will not be processed until payment has been received into the above account.



Cheques & Money Orders

Hazy Bay Bazaar accepts payment via personal cheque, bank cheque or Australia Post money order.

Please note that orders by these payment methods will not be processed until the funds have been cleared (which could take up to 7 working days).

GST and delivery charges

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars and are GST and delivery inclusive. Hazy Bay Bazaar does NOT add an additional GST charge nor do we add a delivery charge for Australian deliveries. Overseas customers will be charged additional postage.

Exchanges

Hazy Bay Bazaar will be happy to provide an exchange for 'damaged' goods. In the event that you're order or some of your order is damaged during transit. You must email fran@hazybaybazaar.com.au within 24 hours of delivery of your order and advise Hazy Bay Bazaar of the damage. Please remember to include your full name, address, product name and code and a description of the damage. You must then return the item/s within seven (7) days. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of Hazy Bay Bazaar. Remember In order for Hazy Bay Bazaar to process the exchange, you must first email fran@hazybaybazaar.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, then return the item.

An address for returning the item will be provided to you by return email. You are then required to post the damaged item to us (remember this must be done within 7 days). Please allow 5 days (following receipt of the damaged item/s) for your exchange to be processed.

What if it doesn’t fit

Standard sizes apply to most of the clothing available and within the description of the item will be noted if it’s a small fit or an easy fit item. If you aren’t confident that your selected item will fit, then before you order, send Fran an email and your chosen piece can be measured exactly and advised to you via return email, usually within a couple of hours.

Product Warranties

When items leave Hazy Bay Bazaar they are carefully checked to ensure that they are not damaged.

We strongly recommend that you select the delivery option (for an additional $1.95) that includes insurance for loss or damage of the items during transit. This insurance policy does not cover the items for any loss or damage that occurs after you are in possession of the items.

Product Availability

All products listed on our website are held in stock (unless otherwise indicated). On very rare occasions, an item may sell out prior to the website being updated. If this occurs, Hazy Bay Bazaar will email you (please ensure you have provided your email address when placing your order) within 24 hours to advise you. At this point you will have the following options:

1) Placing the out of stock product on back-order in most cases, out of stock items can be ordered and received within 14 – 28 days Or

2) Cancelling your order.

On the odd occasion, manufactures will change designs or no longer supply certain product. Should this situation occur we will contact you and you can then advise us whether you would like to proceed with option 1 or 2.

Hazy Bay Bazaar is subject to the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth). This Privacy Policy explains in general terms how Hazy Bay Bazaar protects the privacy of your personal information under the National Privacy Principles. It applies to any personal information you provide to us and to any information about you that is provided to us by someone else.
